Encapsulated Food Grade Hose
Food and drug approved (FDA) Teflon hose from Pacific Hoseflex is a unique type of product that is assembled by only a few companies in the Asia pacific region. Almost no substance can stick to Teflon.  

Teflon Hose also allows for alternate use with different products, given that Teflon lacks affinity to moisture, no odour, taste, or colour is added by contact with Teflon, making it an FDA approved material for food contact. Teflon is unaffected by weather, exposure or time, and as a result Teflon hoses have a long shelf-life.  

Chemical Resistance & Temperature Range
The Teflon hose resists all chemicals and solvents except molten alkali metals, Chlorine Trifluoride and Fluorine Gas. Teflon hose  has a working temperature range between -60ºC and +260ºC   

Reduced Static Teflon Hose
A damaging electrostatic charge can build up inside the hose when electrically resistive fluids are transmitted at very high flow rates. To prevent this, special carbon is mixed with the PTFE to reduce it’s resistivity. The need for earth conductor braids or wires in the bore of the hose is eliminated.
