Standard pipe PTFE reducers are fabricated in Pacific Hoseflex CNC workshop. The PTFE reducer is able to handle full vacuum and temperatures from -60°C up to +260°C. The PTFE hose liner is virtually inert to all chemicals and solvents.
The PTFE hose liner is resistant to fuming sulphuric and nitric acids, amines, antioxidants and methanol. The PTFE hose liner is only known to react with elemental alkali metals (molten in solution), fluorine and chlorine trifluoride. The PTFE hoses can also be used to convey hazardous fluids, steam and other dangerous materials, which can cause personal injury or property damage. The PTFE hose liner size range from 1" to 6" and are available with any type of flange.
