Composite Hose

Composite Hose is made from multiple heavy duty tight wound fabrics and films with a double layer of abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric cover. Inner and outer wires can be galvanised mild steel or stainless steel depending on the application.

Applications of the Composite Hose
It is ideal for heavy duty suction and discharge transfer of petroleum products in road and rail tanker, dockside and ship to shore applications. The temperature range is -30°C to +180°C. A wide range of fittings can be supplied such as cam locks, BSP fittings and flanges.

Other special couplings for unusual applications can also be supplied. Specialised manufacturing process techniques assure the proper gauge and pitch of the inner and outer wires to ensure conformity and consistency.

Features of the Heavy Duty, Abrasion Resistant Hose

Though the Composite hose is light weight and easier to manoeuvre it doesn't kink or collapse and has exceptional service life and offers superior safety and performance.
The result is a composite hose with structural and cover layers that do not deteriorate due to chemical attack, that maintains maximum strength, flexibility and durability and that is compatible with the widest range of chemicals.

Petroleum

Designed to meet the required suction and delivery applications of the Petroleum industry. This range is manufactured from PVC coated Polypropylene films and fabrics that handle hydrocarbon based products and temperatures of -20°C to 80°C.

Chemical Hose

This range is designed to meet the suction and delivery applications for a wide range of chemicals. The hose is manufactured from PVC coated Polypropylene films and fabrics that are resistant to most chemicals, solvents and alkalis, with temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.

Materials Handling

This hose is primarily designed for suction and delivery applications of hot bitumen under pressure or gravity fed. Manufactured from Polyester and Polyamide fabrics that can handle high aromatic content and temperatures of -20°C to 180°C. Can also be used to handle fluids of high temperature.
