PACIFIC Hoists has relaunched the Profi TI series of air hoists, using the same motor brake system used in the JDN mini and Profi 3 TI to 20 TI series. They have capacities of 250kg, 500kg, 1t and 2t. The design helps to reduce the number of components and provide cost-effective, low-maintenance operation. Efficient manufacturing processes and machining centres guarantee low costs and high quality.
The small Profi models have been classified in drive group 1 Am (in accordance with ISO/FEM). The theoretical operating time for load spectrum 2 (average) is 3200 hours. This corresponds to 800 full-load hours.
A reduced noise pressure level means reduced noise exposure in the workplace. Overload protection comes as standard with models from 1t upwards. The standard equipment also includes a main air emergency-stop valve, which can be used to shut off the energy feed separately in an emergency.
The small Profi models do not require any additional motor lubrication. This is due to the fact that the rotor of the vane motor has chambers filled with high-quality grease continuously lubricating the motor during operation. The lubricant does not escape into the environment.
The Profi has no protruding control hoses or elements which could be damaged, making it suitable even for horizontal pulling.
