Ball screws are efficient with low torque and power requirements. All Duff Norton screws are precision rolled, heat treated, inspected then manganese phosphate or black oxide coated.
Traditional style type 1 and 3 journal end screws used, keyed and un-keyed interface easily with Duff Norton end blocks with quick deliveries. PT Link Systems have the machining capability to provide custom journal ends.
The motor flanges, screws and nuts are complete close coupled motor to screw systems, which employs direct mounting to Duff Norton End Blocks. The motor flanges suit servo, IEC B14 and B5 and NEMA frame motors and the accessories available are limit switches, encoders, couplings and controls.
