PT Hydraulics Australia use a range of components from various manufacturers and employ new assembly techniques to create power units. The new ATO power unit, built by PT Hydraulics Australia, is a 200 bar, 4-way, synchronous lift power pack. The ATO power unit has the following features:
- Four way flow control through geared flow
- Divider gives equal flow from four ports
- 240 volt AC motor featuring pendant and power leads
- Single 4w/3p Cetop valve for lift and lower functions
- Relief on all four ports
PT Hydraulics offer a 400 bar, 4 way split flow power unit that is used in a four cylinder lifting system. The unit utilises the following components:
- Two Hawe twin outlet high pressure piston pumps
- Four manual single acting power team valves
- Twin 18.5kW motors
- Return filter and filler breather
- Individual relief valves for each pressure line
