RTP Corporation, represented by PLC Peripherals , has released its Micro 2000, non-redundant RTP 2000, and fully redundant RTP 2200 hybrid control system models.
The Micro 2000 is a lower-cost alternative for small to medium process control applications, and a solution for situations that don't require the extensive expansion capabilities of the RTP 2000 target nodes.
Although smaller in size than the RTP 2000/2200 models, the Micro 2000 is just as powerful. It is fully compatible with NetSuite and includes all of the robust development tools of the RTP 2000 - at a fraction of the cost.
The Micro 2008 can house eight standard RTP I/O cards where the Micro 2016 can house sixteen, including differential and single-ended analogue inputs, thermocouple and RTD measurements, analogue outputs, digital inputs and outputs, relay outputs, pulse counters, frequency counters, duty cycle, plus other special function cards.
Connections to the host PC and field components are easily installed using standard, compact dual-redundant Ethernet.
