Designed to deliver reliable tracking and low noise and vibration levels, the uniform elongation of Esband drive belts has been engineered to maximuise tensile strength and thickness.
Esband’s open belt drives feature flexible power transmission, minimal wear and low shaft loads. Able to transmit powers of up to 60 kW (150 kW for special belts), the drives are resistant to temperatures up to 130 degrees Celsius.
The manufacturer’s angle drives are suited to applications where rotary axes are non-parrallel in nature, while the cross belt or half-cross belt drives are suited for situations in which rotation changes occur.
Belt drives are also available for multi-shaft drives with high belt flexing frequencies and several power take offs. Spindle tapes and tangential belts are designed for use by the textile industries for small flex radii and high tape speeds.
