PIAB Vacuum Technologies’ C-Series conveyors for Danone Poland


Hygienic and efficient transporting of key ingredients is a big necessity in fresh dairy products market. This is why Danone Poland was interested in finding a cost-effective conveying solution that could quickly and reliably transfer powders like moisture-absorbing whey and non-free-flowing starch.

Solution

The company chose to install two of vacuum partner PIAB Vacuum Technologies’ C-Series conveyors to integrate into its automatic powdering station.

Result

Reliability and efficiency concerns have been met with fluidisation now integrated into the powdering station with the new C-Series conveyors allowing starch and whey to flow more freely from the vacuum receiver.

Another benefit of the C-Series conveyor was its space-saving attribute, as Danone Poland was dealing with limited free space in its facility.
