Remote shutdown of networked computers by PCLockdown
PCLockdown is a physical access security system that has been specifically designed to remotely shutdown networked computers. PCLockdown adopts a systematic methodology for locking the networked computers using remote encrypted broadcast. This physical access security system comprises of several features that include alarm panel integration, encrypted as well as increased safety, control panel integration device, remote commands, server as well as client platforms with internet enabled option.
PCLockdown has the capability to lockout networked computers. This is achieved basically by integrating with fire, safety as well as security alarm panels. PCLockdown physical access security system provides remote initiated encrypted message that help to secure the computers from physical tampering. This is achieved by integrating this system with an alarm control system. In cases, when the alarm control system gets triggered, the Control Panel Integration Device emits an encrypted message to the master control software. This master control software has the capability to lock the use of different computers within the specific building.
PCLockdown consists of CPID known as Control Panel Integration Device that is a black box component. This device can be sized in different ways for integration with fire as well as security alarm control panels.
