Wire electrical discharge machining process devised by PCF Industries

Supplier News

PCF Industries  employs wire electrical discharge machining process that enables to simplify hard tasks. This process involves the usage of a conductive block, referred to as tooling that has to be submerged in an electrolyte solution. This is followed by passing an extremely thin wire through an initial hole. The program of the desired shape can be fed onto the machine thereby resulting in the formation of appropriate shape. This wire electrical discharge machining process adopted by PCF Industries is suitable for cutting different types of conductive materials even in a heat treated state.

Diverse range of products manufactured by PCF Industries include cold forming, thread rolling products, standard fasteners, customised fasteners, tool as well as product design, production pressing and fasteners. Toolroom equipment of PCF Industries includes CNC wire cutting, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, welding as well as conventional lathe and mill work.

PCF Industries commenced its operations by about 1991. PCF Industries has its office located in New South Wales.
