The PC60, available from PAKSMART Machinery , is a unique machine that combines the simplicity of an intermittent motion machine infeed with a high efficiency continuous motion product loader to achieve production rates of up to 60 cartons per minute.
The unique loader design uses two load rams to sweep products from the infeed bucket to the carton. This sweeping action is very gentle on the product as each load ram has nearly the whole cycle time to complete the load, making it very suitable for even the most delicate product.
The infeed as with the PC40 is intermittent motion and easily lends it self to a range of economical PAKSMART product collation and product transfer systems. For better efficiency and size range the PC60 comes with a rotary pick and place erector to progressively open the carton over the machine cycle.
