Static and side entry mixers available from PACT International

PACT International  offer industrial mixing solutions through a range of mixers including static, top and side entry, paddle and portable mixers. These mixers can be used for large processing operations. The static mixers manufactured by PACT International are available in compact designs. Static mixers are free from moving parts. PACT International’s static mixers are easy to install and maintain. Static mixers can be used for liquid and gas mixing, waste water treatment, acid and polymer dilution and oil neutralisation applications. The static mixers designed by PACT International are available in dosing, removable element and fixed element types.

The industrial mixers supplied by PACT International are manufactured according to industrial quality standards and are tested for quality and efficiency. PACT International’s static mixers come in Teflon, carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC and halar coated steel constructions. Side entry mixers are suitable for food processing, slip storage, transportation and petrochemical industrial applications. The seals of the side entry mixers manufactured by PACT International can be easily changed. These mixers can be used for mixing solids in suspension.

PACT International’s side entry mixers are available with lock off units, storage tank low level cut off units and leak detector sensor alarms.

PACT develops PACT SCER System, super pressure reactor (1-Sep-2006)
PACT has developed a super pressure reactor for the Estification of oils and fats in biodiesel production. The unit is called the PACT SCER System.

Biodiesel tripadone process (24-Mar-2006)
PACT recently completed a 70 ton per day Biodiesel plant. Using PACT's mixing, filtration and process control expertise, the Prototype Biodiesel plant is now ready for production. A Melbourne company, Fuji Fuels Pty Ltd, invested in PACT's Biodeseil technology and has established a processing plant.
