Pressure plate and pressure leaf filters available from PACT International

PACT International  provide design, manufacturing and distribution services for a range of pressure leaf filters, filter plate presses, pressure plate filters, filtration media and bag filters. The industrial filters supplied by PACT International are available in a range of models and designs. PACT International also offer design and fabrication services for a range of filter leaves, filter plates and filtration consumables. Pressure plate filters can be used for winterising applications in edible oils, animal fats and bio-diesel production industries. PACT International’s pressure plate filters are suitable for sludge and slurry dewatering and waste water treatment applications. Product waste separation processes in beer brewing and wine making industries can be controlled using pressure plate filters.

The customised pressure plate filters manufactured by PACT International can also be used for mineral and chemical processing applications. Pressure plate filters come with manual and automatic drip tray retraction systems, automated plate operation systems and automated wash down systems. The PACT V- PLF model of pressure leaf filters supplied by PACT International is suitable for installation in limited floor areas. These vertical type filters come with vertical leaves and stainless steel mesh screen filters.

PACT International’s pressure leaf filters are suitable for catalyst, activated silica and resin filtration applications. Pressure leaf filters are suitable for use in paint pigments, gypsum, industrial fibres, building material and edible oil production industries.

PACT develops PACT SCER System, super pressure reactor (1-Sep-2006)
PACT has developed a super pressure reactor for the Estification of oils and fats in biodiesel production. The unit is called the PACT SCER System.

Biodiesel tripadone process (24-Mar-2006)
PACT recently completed a 70 ton per day Biodiesel plant. Using PACT's mixing, filtration and process control expertise, the Prototype Biodiesel plant is now ready for production. A Melbourne company, Fuji Fuels Pty Ltd, invested in PACT's Biodeseil technology and has established a processing plant.
