PACT International offer replaceable Teflon nozzles for static mixers

Replaceable Teflon nozzles
Blending an acid or a base for neutralisation in a static mixer can result in a localised high-corrosion zone and a large heat output, which can damage a piping system and the static mixer materials.
PACT International have developed replaceable Teflon nozzles for their static mixers.
The hottest point of reaction in a static mixer neutralisation system occurs at the contact point of main fluid with acid/or base. PACT International static mixers, which have Teflon nozzles, cause the occurrence of high temperature corrosive reaction in the middle of the fluid stream, where the liquid velocity is rapid.
The high temperature corrosive reaction assists in fluid dispersion and cooling at the contact point in the static mixer system. PACT International’s static mixers with Teflon dosing nozzles are suitable for applications that work on ferric chloride, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, caustic soda, sodium methylate, sodium methyloxylate, phosphoric acid and potassium methylate.
