Abrasive Blasting Control system

P Thomas Electronics  has built comprehensive Abrasive Blasting Control systems using microprocessor technology to sequentially start and stop various plant components in a predetermined way.

These plant components may include the dust collector, the rotary grit cleaner, the bucket elevator, the belt conveyor and the blade sweeper, for example.

All components are interlocked to avoid any possible malfunction and insure safe usage of the system.

The Abrasive Blasting Control system is flexible and can be adapted to virtually control any combination of components.

The Abrasive Blasting Control system is reliable and more compact than conventional system as it uses less parts.

The Abrasive Blasting Control system is also combined with paint spray booth using multi exhaust fan combination. The air velocity is constantly monitored and equally interlocked with the spraying function.
