We are a Zipline adventure company in Greymouth, West Coast of NZ's South Island. We have Zipline cables running near trees and we want to monitor how close people are getting to a couple of the trees. We want to know if anyone is coming inside of 400 mm of the tree trunks. Can we do this with your proximity detectors? Would your gear do this for us?
Would the people on the cable in clear line of sight to the trees of interest or is the path between trees and people obscured by trees or other obstacles?
One aspect to be aware of is that the people on the cable would near to wear a BodyGuard 'tag" unit in order for the detection unit at tree to pick them up. When you say you want to detect these people, are you looking for a history log of when they are detected that you can analyze or a visual/audible alarm that activates when they are detected?
