RC-3000 Barrier Reels now available from AK Reels


AK Reels has been manufacturing patented retracting hose reels in Australia since 1993. It has now expanded its range of automatic rewind hose reels to include the RC-3000 Barrier Reel.

This highly efficient safety product allows work areas to be quickly sectioned off without the need to worry about bollards, chains or tapes that drag on the ground and get run over or destroyed by personnel or equipment.

Mounted on its swivel bracket, the RC-3000 extends up to 15 metres of high grade barrier tape with a convenient latch on the end that hooks onto any suitable anchor point. As the tape is under constant tension, it easily copes with any disturbance. When it is no longer required, it simply retracts back into the high-impact polypropolyne case, safely away from damage and contamination until it is needed again.

OccSafety manufactures and distributes AK Reels’ entire range of products, from the popular RC-2000 AIR Reel to the newest in the range, the RC-3000 Barrier Reel.
