Nupac Industries reveals Bosch’s updated Bagmaker- Terra 25 PLUS

Bosch recently released the Terra 25 PLUS Bagmaker, an updated version of the existing Bagmaker. This release, revealed by Nupac Industries , the Australian representative for Bosch Packaging, is the result of their quest to provide customers with quality machinery that is designed to improve productivity, reduce down-time and be easy to operate, Bosch recently released the Terra 25 PLUS Bagmaker.

Over the years, the Terra 25 PLUS Bagmaker has been used in a number of applications in both the food and chemical industries, but to broaden market appeal, Bosch have fitted the Terra 25 PLUS with Vacuum Supported Draw-Down Belts that provide a number of advantages to the user.

Peter Grant, managing director, Nupac Industries, Australian representative for Bosch Packaging explains that the original Terra 25 vertical bag form fill and seal machine would stand out with the addition of the of the Vacuum Supported Draw-Down Belts. The new Terra 25 PLUS Bagmaker is a product of the research and development by Bosch and ensures efficiency in the use of input materials and hardwearing.

The addition of the Vacuum Supported Draw-Down Belts provides a number of important benefits including more accurate film registration, more accurate cut off length, better film tracking and has the ability to handle difficult and more complex film structures.

Just like the Terra 25, the new Terra 25 PLUS Bagmaker provides users with a number of benefits that include

· low operating costs
· simple operator interface through the use of a Siemens touch-screen
· an output of 80 bags per minute
· flexible with the capacity to store up to 35 individual programs.

The Terra 25 PLUS Bagmaker is a good example of how people could improve the breed through some simple, yet well thought out upgrades.
