First twin tube continuous motion bagging machine

Supplier News

THE new Bosch SVE 1800 MR is a timely innovation for food and snack manufacturers constantly experiencing increasing pressure on slim margins. Nupac Industries is the Australasian distributor of the Bosch SVE 1800 MR.

It is billed as the first twin tube continuous motion bagging machine with the ability to produce pillow, gusseted or block bottom bags rapidly and cost effectively.

The machine is unique because there are no other single machines in the world with the ability to produce 200 bags per minute for block bottom or gusseted bags.

"This machine is certainly a genuine answer to constant and apparently relentless price pressures on food production,” said CEO of Nupac Industries, Peter Grant.

“It produces two bags simultaneously, using a single weigher. The system occupies far less floor space than two single machines producing similar output.”

"Besides snack foods. the new bagger can be used to pack cereals, cookies, grated cheese, frozen products, confectionery, milk powder, coffee and pet foods,” added Mr Grant.

Product is fed by one multi head weigher, while output for pillow bags (max 240bpm), gusseted bags (200bpm) and block bottom bags (max 160bpm) is fast.

Maximum bag width is 180mm per tube, while pitch between tubes is the smallest in the industry - enabling an extremely small footprint.

The machine can be executed with different sealing systems in order to process heat sealable and polyethylene films.
