Bosch’s Doboy HA-500 hot air sealer available from Nupac Industries

Bosch has been at the forefront of packaging machinery design and production for many years. The Doboy HA-500 hot air sealer is a well designed, efficient and easy to use packaging machine. The addition of the HA-500 to the Bosch range compliments the already impressive line of economical heat sealers. The Doboy HA-500 sealer uses a non-contact, hot air stream to create a top closure system for tube type poly bag applications.

In the on-going quest to reduce operational costs and improve performance, the HA-500 features newly designed, oval-shaped firebar heaters that have significantly increased heating efficiency, resulting in lower sealing temperatures. This not only helps keep running cost down, but also provides for the best seal possible on a variety of materials.

The Doboy HA-500 is suitable for a wide variety of products including confectionery, pet food, nuts, lawn care products, powders, salt, coffee, grains and seeds.

One of the features of the HA-500 is that its adjustable air volume control is equipped with a convenient air flow meter. This allows the operator to have a precise control of the air flow, keeping air consumption to a minimum.

In addition, the Doboy HA-500 provides a variety of features that make it stand out from the competition including, a digital temperature controller to maintain precise sealing temperature, air cooling as standard and heavy duty main frame components constructed from tubular steel and aluminium plate provide for a long service life.
