Bosch releases Tevopharm Flow Wrapper range

Simplicity is the key to the success of the all new Pack 201, the recent release from Bosch in the Tevopharm Flow Wrapper range.

From the outset, the designers were charged with making a durable, mid-speed flow wrapper that would be easy to use, and the all new Tevopharm Pack 201 definitely fits the bill.

It might sound simple, but these goals were achieved by reducing the number and improving the quality of the parts used in the manufacture of this machine, according to Nupac Industries, long-time agent for Bosh packaging machines in the Australian market.

The engineers at Bosch have a reputation for quality work that is accountable on the factory floor and the Pack 201 is just another example of their commitment to smart design.

The Pack 201 Flow Wrapper covers a large variety of mid-range, multi-purpose applications, and is perfect for wrapping of soft bakery items, trays, candy, biscuit stack and non-food items.

As always with this style of machine, it was important to address the market requirement for flexibility and fast changeovers. In this instance, the designers have incorporated servo controls and pre-programmable recipes to make sure these needs were met.

An important feature of the Pack 201 is its automation capabilities that ensure it is more attractive to a broader cross section of the market while, other design highlights include; mechanical adjustments that are easy to make and repeatable, in-feed finwheels and a cutting head that is cantilevered for sanitation and an electrical panel that is completely enclosed and separated from the mechanics of the machine.

Nupac is excited about the launch of the all new Tevopharm Pack 201 and it is sure that manufacturers in Australia will be quick to realise the advantages that the ground breaking design will have at the bottom-line.
