LT Industries Wine-Analyser-II wine analyser systems, available from The Novasys Group , are a family of near infra-red (NIR) analysers with modules for the various stages of wine production and testing.
Wine producers are able to measure an extensive array of properties beginning with quality of grape delivered, to must and finished product.
Properties such as grey rot, acid rot, ripeness, colour, pH, ethanol, acids, sugars, fermentation activity and lactic activity are delivered in seconds as well as other parameters affecting quality and consistency of production.
The wine analyser can be used as either a benchtop or in-process tool. It is small, fast and inexpensive and because calibration libraries are transferred from facility to facility, the wine analyser includes a patented system to assure seamless transfers.
Each system includes LTVista software. LT Industries will provide the calibration model, or the user can develop one. Either way, installation and integration are easy.
The Wine Analyser-II includes a rugged NIR spectrometer, one of many fibre and probe configurations, LTVista software, remote modem diagnostics and manuals.
Add a computer and the system is ready for work.
