I came across your website regarding FlexoSol, with your system if distillation. Do you find that you lose chemicals during this process..if so, which portion and percentage of loss. After distillation do you check the balance and how? What measurement do you use to measure? How different is this still you offering different to the Renzmann? How different is this still you offering different to the Renzmann?
The distillation of FlexoSol using an OFRU Recycling machine is getting quite common! The reason is that the OFRU ASC series machine has a patented scraping system that results in a greater amount of the FlexoSol being recovered than from other machines. Obviously, the amount of solvent retained in the polymer (and therefore "lost" in the process)depends on how "dry" the sludge can be made. In general, it's the need to drain the sludge from the machine that dictates how much solvent must be left in it, and this varies customer to customer. We adjust the machine on installation to ensure that the sludge just flows from the machine, therefore maximising the solvent recovery. We don't check the balance - We aim to recover as much solvent as possible. I hope that this helps. (As Novasys only operates in Australia and New Zealand, would you please contact Mr Denis Kargol at OFRU Recycling in Germany (email firstname.lastname@example.org) if you would like any additional detail.)
