Nexen Roller Pinion System (RPS)
Nexen offers an advanced new technology that revolutionises linear motion. The Roller Pinion System (RPS) provides zero backlash, very high positional accuracy, unlimited length, very high speeds, 99% efficiency, high rigidity, low noise, low maintenance, corrosion resistance, and long life.
Nexen Linear
Nexen’s linear motion control products deliver pinpoint precision and high performance with no backlash. They’re designed for exceptional reliability, little maintenance and long life. You get precisely what you need with this innovative line:
- Rail Brakes - Compact and powerful brakes that deliver precision holding and locking at an affordable price. Compatible with most profile guide rails and carriages.
- Rod Locking Devices - Precision holding with guide rod systems and NFPA or ISO cylinders. Large clampto rod surface area in a compact size.
- Eclipse Servo Motor Brakes - Powerful, high-torque, no-slip holding force. Installed between the servo motor and linear device. Power off, spring engaged brakes provide improved safety with low inertia.
- Linear Couplings - The coupling components are made of high-strength aluminum. Spring elements are made of a special spring steel. The connection between the input and output side of the coupling is via two sets of backlash free leaf springs.
Ogura Clutches and Brakes
Ogura clutches and brakes for applications requiring 0.01"oz. to 25,000 lb.ft. of torque. There are approximately 3,000 different clutch models available. Besides an extensive standard product line we also have the flexibility to handle special designs or modifications for our customers.

Rotating Unions are used in many manufacturing processes to cool, heat or transfer fluid (pneumatic or hydraulic) power. Deublin rotating unions vary for each application, depending on design, bearing type, construction and material required.
