NORGREN has combined the FAS, Webber, Buschjost and KIP brands to form a new fluid control group, which focuses on fluid control valves and systems and their applications.
As an IMI subsidiary and part of the global Norgren organisation, the new group comprises over 100 engineers dedicated to the development of solenoid valves, process valves and customised fluid control systems.
The group combines the resources, expertise and breadth of products to enable customers to source fluid control systems from a single global supplier. Norgren believes that with the group’s project management experience, specialised industry knowledge and in-depth understanding of standards, customers can be helped to increase sales, improve market share and reduce total cost of ownership.
Industry sectors of significance to the group include water management, environmental technology, medical and onboard vehicles.
“By bringing Norgren’s fluid control brands into one organisation, we are able to combine their extensive customer experience and technological capabilities to provide some very innovative solutions,” said Sean Toomes, managing director of the new fluid control group. “The engineers within the group are highly focused on providing solutions that deliver real engineering advantage”.
The new group is headquartered in Switzerland and has a multi-national approach with FAS located in Geneva, Buschjost in Germany, KIP in the US and Webber in the UK.
