Compact, fast and economical: The Safety Vibration Monitoring System VC6000 comes in a standard 19’3 HE (3U) mount frame.
Fully expandable and upgradeable, the VC6000 Safety Vibration Monitoring System provides up to 36 channels with an internal power supply and 48 channels with an external power supply for continuous safety monitoring in only one rack. Due to its modular construction, installation costs and long cable runs are reduced.
With a reaction time in the blink of an eye and trigger time that is 10 times faster than other traditional vibration safety monitoring systems, the VC6000 Safety Vibration Monitoring System can handle even small transient signals and vibration in the new and sophisticated on the market.
VC6000 Safety Vibration Monitoring System allows individual use and modular configuration of different racks and plug in modules.
In doing so, all racks can be cascade and synchronised by one plant clock for higher channel count applications.
Brüel & Kjaer Vibro (BKV ) has designed its safety vibration monitoring system so the user can connect to a laptop as a portable stand alone measurement device via the LAN interface. Users can see and change the setup and measurement results directly online on the machine.
For data acquisition (BKV) Brüel & Kjaer Vibro focuses on fast synchronised data processing per channel. The compromise of a multiplex solution has been forgone in favour of fast reaction times and measurement accuracy.
When modules of the VC6000 Safety Vibration Monitoring System need to be replaced for maintenance and service, the vibration system allows exchange without having to shut down the whole rack.
The online vibration monitoring software comes with drag and drop functionality and modern flow diagrams which make vibration monitoring of machines easy to understand.
The online safety vibration monitoring system can be extend for performance monitoring and automatic diagnostic capabilities, and can interface direct to the maintenance management systems. Several types of vibration transducers are supported.
