Stair access towers available from No Bolt
2700 series stair access towers (SAT) from No Bolt is strong, durable and safe. The SAT is the access tower of choice for many roofing companies.
Tested to a height of 18.4 metre, the SAT does allow a safe and accurate step-off height every time. No need to jump over gaps or parapets; simply step off the access tower at the exact height.
With 700mm internal width of the stairs, the 2700 series stair access towers negate the use of double stair towers. 2 men can easily pass each other.

Stretcher access?
Some construction sites require stairs of 1 metre wide to allow for an injured person to be carried down on a stretcher. Fact is that if that injured person turns out to be heavy-built, carrying this person down a flight of stairs will become a hazard in itself.
In any event, when a person is injured on a roof and is not capable of moving him/herself, simply dial 000. The operator will ask the relevant questions to determine what is required.
In cases whereby a person is to be lifted off the roof, the fire brigade might send out the High Angle Rescue Team (HART) to assist with the safe transport off the roof.
