Semi auto strapping machine
A semi auto strapping machine, the NS-3A Series, has been introduced by Nexus Australia .
Forward and reverse strap feeding units are separated for easy adjustment.
Features include:
* Easy adjustment of tension on the control panel by setting the electromagnetic clutch system
* Low power consumption on two steps tensioning and 0.2V seal blade design allows for a very low watt/ampere level
* Simple changing of straps design provides a convenient replacement on different strap thickness
* Dual tensioning keeps proper bending power on the strap to avoid defected strapping. First step of the cycle - reverse the strap around the package and second step to apply positive mechanical tension that can be adjusted by a twist of a dial on the panel.
The NS-3A Series is designed for durable and convenient uses. It is compact, easy to store, provides precision performance and trouble-free maintenance with patent.
