Nexus Australia offers KWT Bottle Leak Tester
Nexus Australia is offering KWT Bottle Leak Tester. The KWT Bottle Leak Tester is designed for plastic bottles / containers leak testing. The KWT Bottle Leak Tester can be used by plastic bottles makers, as well as for soft drinks, motor oil, lubricants, detergents and chemical productions to ensure bottle quality before liquid filling.
Features of the KWT Bottle Leak Tester include stainless steel frame construction; no change parts are required for different bottle sizes; digital settings with easy access to make adjustment for testing time; and Japanese Mitsubishi PLC control systems.
The examine speed for the KWT-310 Single Nozzle is in the range of 6-10 bottles per minute, and 12-20 bottles per minute for the Three Nozzle machine KWT-313. Both models would handle the bottle size range from 100cc – 4 litres and the conveyor operates 0-15 meter per minute.
