The installation accreditation initiative provides partners with a defined web-based training path as well as access to proven methodologies and best practices.
Upon completing the training path, accredited partners can offer value-added services that strengthen customer relationships and increase revenue opportunities.
As an added benefit, NetApp partners can also easily use this methodology, available completely online, to quickly train new personnel and streamline their sales operations.
The standard installation service delivery phased approach includes the installation, configuration, and verification of one or more systems, in a standalone or cluster configuration using NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, or FCP protocols.
