Nepean Meco Conveyors are a member of the Nepean Group of companies and a division of Nepean Conveyors International. Nepean Meco Conveyors have in operation one idler manufacturing factory in Picton, New South Wales and two refurbishment facilities, one in Rutherford, New South Wales and the second branch operating out of Mackay in Queensland.
All the plants use modern facilities and equipment to produce and test conveyor idlers and structures to either customers’ specifications or their own.
One of the features of the Picton plant is the ability to work twenty-four hours per day if, and when, required, on a modern automatic production line. Nepean Meco Conveyors have in place a Quality Assurance System that reflects the requirements of AS/NZS ISO9002:1994. Nepean Meco Conveyors idlers and structures, available from Nepean Group, comply with the Coal Mines Regulations Act 1999.
