Welding Automation will have working displays of their products using a Motoman 6S robot during National Manufacturing Week 2009. Welding Automation will demonstrate safe tungsten electrode grinding using Neutrix and Ultima-TIG tungsten grinders.
Welding Automation products on display at National Manufacturing Week 2009 will include:
- Sumig robotic welding torches developed for tough Australian conditions
- ISH-Robotec robot peripherals including torch cleaning stations (mechanical and ultrasonic), wire cutting stations, anti-spatter applicators, and laser-precision TCP checking and programme correction
- Robolin anti-spatter and robotic welding torch anti-spatter Wire Wizard for feeding wire from bulk pack to welding robot
- Inelco tungsten grinders for grinding of tungsten electrodes
- Easy Snap high-grade tungsten electrodes, which are available in alloys and all sizes
- Protec eco-friendly and anti-spatter solutions for all kinds of fabrication. These water-based products are dispensed from refillable and air-powered aerosols
- XHD robotic quality contact tips for automated and robotic welding torches
The working Motoman 6S robot at the show will use a Sumig torch and shock sensor mount as well as:
- Wire Wizard feed conduit and Wire Pilot pneumatic feed assist
- Robotec torch cleaning, wire cut and anti-spatter stations
- Robotec laser TCP checking
