NI Wi-Fi dynamical signal acquisition (DSA) devices combine IEEE 802.11 wireless or Ethernet communication, direct sensor connectivity, and the flexibility of NI LabVIEW software for remote monitoring.

PXI - High-Channel Industrial Platform Modules
PXI (PCI eXtensions for Instrumentation) is a rugged PC-based platform for measurement and automation systems.

PXI is a high-performance, low cost deployment platform for measurement and automation.

Modules include the PXIe-4498 which features:
  • 16 simultaneously sampled analog inputs at up to 204.8 kS/s
  • 24 bit resolution ADCs with 113 dB dynamic range
  • 4 gain settings up to +30 dB for input ranges from ±316 mV to 10 V
  • Software configurable 4 mA IEPE and TEDS for microphones and accelerometers
  • AC coupled analog inputs at 0.5 Hz
  • Synchronization of up to 272 channels at full bandwidth in a single PXI Express chassis

NI Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite
The Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite is the most comprehensive collection of National Instruments signal processing tools for noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), machine monitoring, and audio test including frequency, octave, and order analysis.

  • Stand alone configuration based analysis and data logging with the Sound and Vibration Assistant
  • Multichannel power spectrum, zoom power spectrum, and frequency response
  • ANSI and IEC compliant full and fractional octave (1/3, 1/6, 1/12, 1/24) analysis
  • Sound level with A, B, or C weighting and vibration level with integration
  • Audio measurements including THD, SNR, SINAD, and swept sine analysis
  • Universal File Format (UFF58) file I/O support
NI Sound and Vibration Toolkit
The Sound and Vibration Toolkit features the most common analysis functions for noise, acoustic, and vibration measurement applications.
