National Instruments has again ranked in the top ten for best customer support websites, the US-based Association for Support Professionals (ASP) has said.
The site NI.com contains more than 8,000 knowledge base documents, 2,400 example programs and 1,400 tutorials – a breadth and depth of content routing customers to a solution faster than by phone or email, according to ASP executive director Jeffrey Tarter.
“National Instruments’ focus on the customer is apparent,” Tarter said.
“In addition to the quality of the technical content on ni.com, NI concentrates on ensuring that customers at every level, from beginner to advanced, can easily find the information they need.”
The annual top ten competition judges technical support websites on their knowledge base, overall usability and design, search implementation and interactive features.
Among the other websites to be named are Cisco Systems, Microsoft Great Plains, and Network Associates.
