NATIONAL Instruments IMAQ Vision Builder 6.0 is now available in Japanese. With this localised release, Japanese-speaking engineers can use the rapid development tool to accelerate development of machine vision applications in their native language.
IMAQ Vision Builder 6.0 automatically generates LabVIEW virtual instruments (VIs), delivering a more efficient way to quickly prototype machine vision applications.
In the past, IMAQ Vision Builder produced text recipes with which users could write LabVIEW virtual instruments. Now, IMAQ Vision Builder 6.0 automatically launches LabVIEW, and LabVIEW automatically draws the VI.
"With IMAQ Vision Builder 6.0, users create vision applications without programming; so even first-time users can easily develop gauging, alignment, inspection, and counting applications," Jason Mulliner, NI Vision product manager, said.
"Beginners as well as more experienced vision developers can focus on what they want their application to do, while IMAQ Vision Builder automatically takes care of the details."
