Hydraulic torque wrenches from National Assembly Solutions
National Assembly Solutions (NAS) provides a wide range of products such as hydraulic torque wrenches to various heavy industries. Products supplied by National Assembly Solutions are ideal for mining, manufacturing, machine building, energy, renewable energy, petrochemical, and vehicle assembly industries.
TorcUP TX-1 is a type of hydraulic torque wrenches supplied by National Assembly Solutions is designed with a patented peanut-shaped piston with an inline reaction pad, and flat design from cylinder to link. The TorcUP TX-1 series is designed for installing and removing small and hard bolts that usually has minimal wrench clearance.
The TorcUP TX-1 series can be found at power plants, steel erection sites, offshore platforms, steel erection sites and many other locations requiring precise high torque bolt makeup and maximum torque for bolt breakdown. It features with a nose radius used to fit applications where clearance constraints make other tools too bulky.
It features with a dual independent whip hoses giving individual movement for duplex hoses. The hex link cassettes steel alignment in the TorcUP TX-1 series is an additional feature used to connect lower reaction area. Each tool is fitted with quick connect, no-drip, thread less safety couplers.
