Mining, construction and heavy machinery operators can now benefit from the latest high performance LED technology now available in the world of emergency lighting.
Narva has launched three high performance 12/24 volt LED strobe lights using the latest long life high output LEDs.
The lamps provide all the performance benefits offered by strobes but with higher resistance to shock and vibration, low current draw and most importantly, ultra long working life. No moving parts in the solid state LED construction results in a virtually maintenance free lamp with increased operating life.
Further benefits of LED technology include field versatility with two of three models featuring a user selected flash pattern to suit different work environments.
Megaburst, the highest output model and the most rugged strobe in the range, provides the ultimate in reliability and output. Because of the intensity of heat generated by the high output LEDs, this lamp incorporates a large heat sink to ensure maintenance free ultra long service life.
An internal switch can be triggered externally to change the flash pattern without the need to remove the lamp. The high performance and rugged construction of Megaburst makes it ideal for demanding mining operational conditions. The light output is claimed to be equivalent to the brightest traditional strobe lamp available.
Part Number 85238A simulates a rotating beacon without any moving parts and also incorporates a quad flash pattern. This lamp comes pre-programmed with an alternating rotating and quad flash in 12/24 volt and has a flange base standard mounting.
The new Narva LED Strobe lamps are EMC approved, fitted with high impact virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lenses and each carries a five year product warranty.
