A.E.M.S. is a distributor of mobility products. Recently they decided to move to a new warehouse in Castle Hill in Sydney and they called upon the expertise of NSW Lift Trucks to solve their warehousing requirements.

Martin Perry of NSW Lift Trucks inspected the new premises and assessed the application. The new warehouse was 6100mm high but taking into account the down lights they had about 5700mm to play with.

Their loads varied from 1500mm up to 2000mm high and their initial requirement was to store 36 pallets in racking with the option to add more racking storage in the future.

NSW Lift Trucks recommended a reconditioned Crown pedestrian reach truck to solve their materials handling problem. The racking was to have 3 pallet levels including the floor with various distances between the beams to allow for the different pallet heights.

They were keen to not require forklift licences in order to operate the forklift so a walkie forklift was ideal for their needs.

NSW Lift Trucks also supplied a hand pallet truck for ease of unloading their shipping containers and pallets for internal use. NSW Lift Trucks also supplied the pallet racking required to complete the solution to their materials handling needs.

NSW Lift Trucks sell a full range of used Crown forklifts and specialise in solving material handling and warehouse problems they offer a complete solution to all your material handling needs.
