NHP launched the Elettronica Santerno Sinus Penta with a series of product launches, Experience the Drive, around Australia during March and April. The variable frequency drive series is an entirely new range that offers unrivalled drive flexibility and adaptability, plus the common 'look-and-feel' convenience of a single drive family.
The new drive series provides superior application flexibility across an output power range spanning 2.2 to 2010 kW, and input voltages ranging from 200 to 690V AC. All this is provided in a drive family that offers enclosure ratings from IP00 through to IP54, and the broadest range of 'standard' application options.
The Sinus Penta range incorporates a strong Australian design input to meet the arduous demands of Australian conditions. With its broad range of ratings, overload selections, control algorithms, functions, and I/O, the Sinus Penta can be quickly and easily adapted for use in just about any application.
To celebrate the arrival of the Sinus Penta range, the Experience the Drive competition saw all attendees in each state automatically registered for a chance to win a double pass to 'Drive a Race Car for a Day' worth in excess of $1200 or Entry ticket to the Melbourne 2006 Grand Prix.
