THE Carlo Gavazzi SM155 from NHP is a versatile speed monitoring relay with selectable over or under speed detection mode.
Suitable applications of the SM155 include speed monitoring of conveyors, mixers, fans, hoists, cranes and elevators.
Equipped with adjustable speed setting up to 10,000rpm, the highly adaptable SM155 is compatible with various motion operated sensors such micro switch, proximity, beam sensor, and rotary encoder.
As the speed crosses a preset level, the output contact energises and will remain so until the speed returns to the normal level again.
