Function/Applications
The CA7 contactor series from Sprecher + Schuh represents the most modern and flexible power contactor available today. This seventh generation contactor provides unrivalled performance and uncompromising reliability.
The compact CA7 contactor series supports applications up to 45kW over 10 current ranges, all in just four frame sizes. The CA7 is tested, verified and approved to Type 1 and Type 2 short circuit coordination The CA7 with its vast array of functional accessories and options becomes an integral part of the ACS (Advanced Control Systems) solution. The Advanced Control System (ACS) offers the most technologically advanced solution for controlling and protecting motors. ACS makes selection, planning, installation, operation, maintenance and updating easier and more cost effective. A simple…snap, click and twist and the contactor is easily fitted out with the latest of auxiliaries, timers, motor protection overload relays or any of the ACS components.
