Myithelpdesk  offers a reliable solution back up solution to clients’ strategies by reducing the risk of information loss and methods to allow them to recovery in the event of a lost server as quickly as possible. Myithelpdesk provides combination of the strategies based upon consultation with client and their budget and expected recovery time.

The combination of the strategies differs like On Windows 2003 Shadow Copies that functions on the main file server where Myithelpdesk can turn on Shadow Copies for Microsoft and take differential changes as they occur through out the day on the server. This is limited to the space available in the disk.

The other combination of the strategies is the tape drives that can be used to pile up critical data on and it can be sent offsite on a daily basis. Server imaging software is another type of combination where Myithelpdesk uses Acronis true image to take an entire image or photocopy like snap shot of the server on an every night basis to an external hard disk.

This hard disk can be rotated and sent offsite and can also be used to recover the data depending upon the version of the software to the same or different hardware. The internet based offsite backup uses R1soft and with this Myithelpdesk can achieve rolling backups all through the day for a secure off site server.
