The MVA rotary rack and pinion design actuator features an extruded aluminium body with honed cylinders and offer external corrosion protection for low friction at high cycling applications. Machined pinion and piston gears provide low backlash and positive engagement.
The aluminium rack and pinion actuators are fully coated and the pre loaded spring system provides a corrosion-free life and safe and easy fitting on site.
With full conformance to ISO5211 and NAMUR interfaces, mounting to most valves and accessories is easily achieved. Motivact also provide a full range of accessories such as solenoid valves and switch boxes to suit.
