Modern Engineering’s chief products are non-asbestos friction materials, disc and disc segments, disc brake pads, wearing and bearing materials, cast nylons, anti-slip flooring products, Dzu fasteners, mechanical and electrical insulations.
Friction materials from Modern Engineering include moulded and woven rolls, and flat sheets of varying thicknesses designed to suit vaarious applications. Discs, disc segments and disc brake pads are also supplied for various industrial applications, including wet applications such as oil-related work.
Modern Engineering supplies moulded and woven linings of varying sizes cut according to requirements. These include clutches, cone clutches, bands or shoes, which can be bonded hot or cold.
