An employee time and attendance system installed by Mitrefinch at Seabrook Crisps has brought excellent results for the customer by easing various processes including attendance and payroll.
Seabrook Crisps is a £28 million company and the UK’s fastest growing chip brand, thanks to the ongoing development of their operational and businesses processes.
Seabrook decided to install an employee time and attendance system in 2007 to facilitate improved employee productivity and operational efficiency.
Seabrook’s requirements included managing the complex and varied work patterns of Seabrook’s 150 staff, with some employees working a mix of day and night shifts. The system also needed to easily generate real-time, detailed reports for supervisors.
The Mitrefinch Time Management System (TMS) was selected by Seabrook for implementation.
Seabrook has been so impressed with the TMS system that they have recently installed Mitrefinch’s web-based time and attendance module, allowing staff to clock in/out online as well as check their own attendance information.
Seabrook Crisps’ Financial Controller David Bewick says that they needed a system that made time and attendance management easy and fraud-proof in addition to making the monthly payroll cycle as painless as possible.
The Mitrefinch time and attendance system has met all of Seabrook’s requirements to their complete satisfaction.
