The Mitrefinch Time Management System (TMS) was installed at TDG, one of Europe's leading supply chain solution providers.

Founded in 1922, the Company has undergone continued growth and now employs over 8,000 people at more than 250 sites across Europe. For their UK sites, TDG employs the Mitrefinch Time Management System to manage the time and attendance requirements of its 130 staff. First installed in the mid-1990s, the TMS has been upgraded several times since.

TDG uses Mitrefinch TMS for accurate payroll processing, measuring performance against KPIs, and also for improved scheduling and skills management.

For accurate payroll processing, Mitrefinch TMS provides data and reports for TDG's payroll system, ensuring that wages can be more accurately and quickly calculated, taking into account basic hours, overtime and absences. 

On measuring performance against KPIs, TDG's Facilities Manager explains that the Mitrefinch system allows them to produce detailed reports to measure performance against key performance indicators, with the custom reporting function enabling TDG to run reports on specific information being evaluated. 

Mitrefinch TMS has also improved scheduling and skills management at TDG as it allows them to quickly and easily set up rosters for warehouse and office staff, with a higher degree of accuracy. 

On a daily basis Mitrefinch TMS is used to run anomalies, add holidays, monitor absences, change access clearance and produce detailed management reports.
