MILLSOM Hoists , in conjunction with J. Schmalz GmbH, has introduced a new X-Pump range of vacuum ejectors.
The X-Pump range can be used flexibly in many different applications, extending from the manufacture of automobiles (in press shops and assembly), to the processing of plastics and sheet metal, pick-and-place, assembly, and packing systems.
The main advantage of the X-Pump is the intelligent condition monitoring feature, which automatically detects faults and leaks in a vacuum system and can initiate suitable counter-measures before the fault causes damage to the overall system. This process increases safety and avoids the high costs involved in repairing such damage.
The X-Pump is extremely resistant to dirt and other environmental effects (IP65) and is very hard-wearing. The high suction capacity and the powerful blow-off function permit short cycle times and guarantees economical operation for continuous use applications.
