THIS month Millsom Hoists celebrates its 30th birthday. The company has grown from a one-man operation with its first factory in Railway Rd Blackburn, Victoria to become an industry leader in providing electro-mechanical and vacuum technology solutions for materials handling in the manufacturing and distribution environments.
According to the company, the key growth for Millsom has been its ability to provide turnkey solutions for its customers, with in-house design, development and manufacturing facilities located at its head office in Bayswater.
The company offers a range of over 50 products including: chain and wire rope hoists, vacuum tube lifters, pneumatic arm manipulators, vacumaster sheet lifter, light cranes, heavy cranes, suspension monorails, electric winches and vacuum components.
