A special steel ring ink cup, TCIC

Milford Astor , Australian and New Zealand agents for Kent pad printing machines and consumables, have released a special steel ring ink cup, TCIC.

While preserving all the positive aspects of its ceramic counterpart, the TCIC is suitable for the pad printing industry with its durability and reliable performance.

The TCIC has been developed for use with 0.25mm and 10mm steel plates and provides up to 4 times the life of a ceramic ring.

Magnets are sealed individually to avoid chemical reaction with ink. Standard ink cup sizes are 90mm, 125mm and 165mm.

The pad printing ink cup is suitable for long production runs or when using heavily pigmented or metallic inks. This ring edge design optimises printing plate cleaning, thus saving time and money.
